All Fidalgo Marina units are privately owned. Occasionally owners put their units on the market for sale. This includes the sub-leased marina slip attached to that unit.
The following units are available for purchase. All sale negotiations are between the unit owner and the prospective buyer.
Final sales require a Condominium Resale Certificate before the sale can be registered with the County of Skagit.

Under the Associations Declaration, the Board has up to 60 days to approve sales.
Slips for Rent
The following slips are available for rent (one month or more). All negotiations are between the unit owner and the prospective renter. Waiting lists for slips are not maintained by the marina.
